Client Contract
Booking terms.
Booking with 918 Cleaners constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Scope of Service
We perform the cleaning service booked and reasonably expected within the booked time. Additional rooms, conditions, or scope may require an updated quote.
2. Access & Safety
Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the home, including a safe environment for our team and pets secured if necessary.
3. Pricing & Estimates
Estimates are based on inputs provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual home condition, buildup, pet hair, and requested add-ons. Recurring rates are locked in at first visit.
4. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the area at no additional charge.
6. Liability
918 Cleaners is fully insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items not secured, or items of extraordinary value not disclosed prior to service.
7. Tipping & Referrals
Tips are appreciated but never required. Refer a friend: both households receive a $35 credit upon completed service.
8. Photography
With permission, we may photograph spaces for portfolio use. Identifying details are never shared.
9. Modifications
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued booking constitutes acceptance of current terms.
