Your base clean is what the estimator prices, from square footage and home condition. Add-ons sit on top of that figure.
Recurring clients receive a free add-on on their next appointment, which is a good way to work through the list over time.

How to prepare
- Pick your add-ons when you book so we can allow the extra time.
- For inside-the-refrigerator work, clear anything you want thrown out beforehand.
- For laundry, leave clear instructions on what may and may not go in the machine.
- For interior windows, move breakables off sills.
- For upholstery, let us know the fabric if you have that information.
