Service
Hoarding Cleanup in Broken Arrow & Tulsa
Compassionate, judgment-free restoration.
Overview
Hoarding cleanup is a private, patient process of clearing, sorting and cleaning a home in stages, at a pace the person living there can manage.
It's for individuals, families and caregivers who need help without judgment, and who want the details kept between us.
Nothing is thrown away without permission, and nothing about your home is discussed outside our team.
918 Cleaners is a woman-owned home care team based in Broken Arrow, serving Broken Arrow, Midtown Tulsa, South Tulsa, Bixby, Jenks and the surrounding Tulsa County communities. We are professionally licensed and insured, and we bring our own professional-grade, low-tox products and HEPA-filtration equipment to every visit.

Pricing
How pricing works.
Hoarding cleanup is always quoted after a private consultation. Volume, access, disposal and the number of visits matter far more than square footage, so our square-foot estimator doesn't apply here.
You can send photos instead of hosting a walk-through, and we'll quote from those. We'll tell you clearly what the number covers, how many visits we expect, and what would change it.
If the work spans several visits, we discuss how to stage it so it stays manageable financially as well as emotionally.
Prefer to talk it through?
Call or text (918) 933-9339 and describe your home. We would rather quote the right service than sell you a bigger one.
How to prepare
- There is nothing you need to clean or hide before we come. That's the point.
- Decide who you want present and whether your household would be more comfortable with family there or with greater privacy.
- Set aside anything that must not be touched, and tell us where it is.
- Think about one goal for the first visit: a usable kitchen, a clear path, a bedroom you can rest in.
- Have somewhere to be if watching the process would be difficult.
What to expect on the day
- We work in the order agreed in advance, starting with safety: paths, exits, kitchen and bathroom.
- Every keep-or-go decision is yours. We ask, we don't assume.
- We take breaks when the day gets heavy, and we can stop early if you need to.
- We arrive in unmarked-looking vehicles where possible and keep the work quiet at the property.
FAQ
Hoarding Cleanup questions.
Will you judge me or report the home to anyone?+
No. We keep what we see private and we don't report homes. Our part is the work; the rest stays between us.
Do you decide what gets thrown away?+
Never. You decide. We sort and present, you approve, and anything you're unsure about stays until you're ready.
How is hoarding cleanup priced?+
Always quoted after a private consultation, in person or from photos. Volume, disposal and the number of visits drive the number, not square footage.
Can the work be split across several visits?+
Yes, and often that's the better approach. We can work in stages so each visit ends with a finished, usable area.
Can family members or a therapist be involved?+
Yes, with your permission. We'll coordinate with whoever you want in the room and with no one you don't.
Is 918 Cleaners licensed and insured for this work?+
918 Cleaners is professionally licensed and insured. If a situation calls for specialist help beyond what we do, we'll tell you plainly rather than take it on.
