Pressure washing is quoted by the surfaces you want done — driveway, patio, deck, fence, siding — rather than by the home's interior square footage, so it isn't part of our square-foot estimator.
If you're bundling it with interior work, price the inside first in the instant estimator and we'll quote the exterior alongside it.

How to prepare
- Move vehicles, planters and furniture off the surfaces being washed, or ask us to.
- Close windows and doors near the work area.
- Confirm your exterior spigot works and tell us if water access is limited.
- Point out damaged siding, loose trim or failing sealant so we can adjust pressure.
- Plan for the area to stay wet for a while afterward.
