How pricing works.
Carpet cleaning is quoted by the areas you want done — rooms, stairs and rugs — rather than by the home's total square footage, so it isn't part of the square-foot estimator.

How to prepare
- Pick up small items, cords and toys from the carpet.
- Move breakables off low furniture in the rooms being cleaned.
- Point out stains and tell us what caused them if you know — it changes the treatment.
- Plan for pets and children to stay off the carpet while it dries.
- Arrange a little airflow: a fan or a cracked window shortens drying time.
What to expect on the day
- We pre-vacuum first, which is where much of the dry soil actually comes out.
- Pre-treatment sits for a few minutes before extraction so it has time to work.
- Carpets are damp, not soaked, when we leave, and typically dry within several hours depending on humidity and fiber.
